If you are already a Registered Candidate of U.P NEET Counselling then Reverification of documents is not required for Round 2 Counselling of U.P NEET.

Document verification is applicable only for the New Candidates who have missed the Round 1 Counselling process and they are Registering as a Fresh Candidate in Round 2 Counselling of U.P NEET.

So do not worry, You just need to login again on the website with same credentials and You can Participate in Round 2 Counselling by doing direct Choice filling and locking of Colleges.
