Every educational degree/program is worth if you know exactly why you are pursuing it. Do not opt MBA just because everyone else is doing it. Opt a program or field or a career because you want to pursue it. So, ask yourself, what is there that you really want to pursue? Is it MBA or some other program or any other career that you wish for?

If you want to do MBA because you wanna make money, do it from top B-schools in the country like IIMs, FMS, IIFT, MDI, JBIMS, etc. The Return on Investment (ROI) is pretty good there. And, if money is the primary concern or dream, choose a career that you love. The money will automatically fall in line if you love what you do.

If Doing MBA is worthy or not, it all depends on you, if you want to do it or not, or somebody told you to do so. Doing MBA is a great thing and I am telling you this from my point of view. If you want to grow in any sector s/he needs an MBA degree and this effects payscale and promotion of an employee.

If you want to do MBA first you should make your goal, in which sector or domain you want to pursue your MBA,
