Yes, but only few of NIT’s accept MAT Score.You have to check individual NIT’s website Eligibility Criteria for MBA/PGDM Admission.

Different NIT's have their own criteria for MBA program because some even consider GMAT, CMAT scores too but all NIT's accept CAT Score.

NITs are good for engineering and not management. You might end up getting the tag of NIT but as far as my knowledge goes about NITs I haven't heard much of positive reviews from people and aspirants. The college doesn't even provide proper placements for management students. In my opinion you should look out for other available options or might consider taking a drop because this is probably the last time you will be pursuing a degree and pursuing MBA is a huge investment. So try to make an informed decision don't take this decision in a haste.
