B. Tech. is an undergraduate engineering degree.
MCA is a post graduate degree.
There is no difference between both of them.
The different names for the similar kind of college degrees is invented by our politicians so as to suck money from that income group those who could not pursue engineering due to financial constraints, but had money to pursue BCA. There is no difference between both of them.
