Is domicile certificate mandatory for Ap eamcet 2019

No it is mandatory for students who are from other state  and studied in AP. The domicile certificate is not for all the students . It is not mandatory for students who belongs to AP and studied  in AP for seven years .so they don't need domicile certificate. Only who are from other state they need domicile certificate .
