Usually if you're born in U.P and your birth certificate shows that, you have no need for Domicile certificate, but if you haven't, you need a domicile certificate to prove that you are from the same state, for availing the statewise preference. So for being at the safer side, try and get your domicile certificate as soon as possible. Else you might face a few problems. All the best!
