The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts counselling and admission of all the JEE Main qualified candidates in participating NITs, IIITs and CFTIs will be conducted separately. The admission process of CSAB 2019 are for institutes which fall under category of NEUT (for North-Eastern States and Union Territories), SFTI (Self Financed Technical Institutes) and UT (Supernumerary Seats for Union Territories). If you are attending admission under NEUT it is necessary to have domicile.
