Hello,

Empirical evidence is information that researchers generate to help uncover answers to questions that can have significant implications for our society.

The definition of empirical is something that is based solely on experiment or experience. An example of empirical is the findings of dna testing.

Practical knowledge is knowledge that is acquired by day-to-day hands-on experiences.

In other words, practical knowledge is gained through doing things; it is very much based on real-life endeavors and tasks.

After comparing you see theory is not important as you think. But practical knowledge is always important where ever you go.

Practical work promotes experiential learning. Practical work encourages self-learning.

In order to develop practical skills, you should participate in the technical trainings. Such experiences will help you in developing your skills to work in a team, develop creative thinking, becomes a problem solver, etc.

Hope this helps!!!
