Yes CAT exam Syllabus is not going to change every year..As you know CAT is aptitude exam so there are Certain topics In Quant Which is always fixed & There is no Syllabus for Logical Reasoning but what the authors do is They Analyse The past papers scenario & Make it as a syllabus.

There is No such a Syllabus..& you must have to prepare for surprice at the exam day..Prepare as much as You can. & Read alot..
