In private medical college we have Government quota seats and management quota seats.

For Government quota seats in private medical college ,category based reservation is there i. e there is reservation for OBC, SC ,ST and EWS category but for management quota seats there is no category based reservation i. e management quota seats are open to all

So, to answer your question, yes EWScategory reservation is applicable on private medical college  but only for Government quota seats and not for management quota seat.
