If you are selecting EWS caste category then only there is the requirement of EWS certificate .

These are the following documents required while filling MHT CET 2021 , application form;

Class 10 mark sheet
Class 12 mark sheet
Date of birth Proffer
Address Proof
Domicile certificate
Scanned image of photograph and signature
Caste category certificate (if applicable)
