Hello ....
The exam date of both Jee mains and Neet are different.The exam date of AIIMS and JIPMER are also different from that of mains and advanced.You can apply for these both,if you have maths and biology also in class12th.Before applying for other engineering entrance exam you should know the date of exam so that does not match the time of two exams.But above exam date which I mentioned never match.
