No first attempt marks are not required while filling the form of NEET UG next time it is complete fresh form . The only difference will be in your qualifications code forr droppers it is 2 and for neet exam you must be focussed you should read ncert books line by line and solve previous year question papers and sample papers so that you can know what mistakes you are making and in which topic you have to focus more .
