hello dear,as an ece student you will not need these above skills but these skills arenot taught in institutions of ece branch.

you will have to take up courses and be personally involved and prepared for them through online courses available at udemy,coursera,edx etc.

please go through these.

no you are not going to study about game designing, web designing and about software developing if you have opted electronics and communication engineering , as ECE includes the concepts and design of underlying hardware systems , it more focuses on telecommunication , energy and electronic sectors , how to design, how to research and how to develop electronic devices.

however in your first year of your engineering either in 1st semester or in 2nd one you are going to learn basic C programming and fundamental of coding.
