Yes, the Economically weaker section of the society is entitled to a 10% reservation in education and government jobs similar to the ST, SC and OBC.

on January 7, 2019, a bill was introduced to provide 10% reservation to the economically weaker section of the society in every education as well as government jobs. Also, this bill passed on 9th January in the Rajya Sabha.
