GMR Institute of Technology is a 'AAAA' rated college which is very good. You can also compare GMR with other colleges by clicking the following link where you can find all the Engineering college in your state with their ratings. For your reference, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, Guntur is better then GMR and rated "AAAA+". If you compare with others in the same league then you can also consider Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College, Bhimavaram and Vignan's Foundation for Science Technology and Research, Guntur they all are AAAA rated institutes.
