your question is very easy to answer  because getting a 1 crore package in Google is a big thing and everyone knows that one who is getting  a 1 Crore package is very much serious about his/her career.

But talking about whether the package is permanent or not is a lame thing to discuss, because getting a package is one thing and keeping up the right attitude while having such a big amount in your bank account is a different thing.

No ,according to me the package if 1 crore is not permanent because it can still go up or go down or even can remain same for years , based on the attitude the individual shows in the company and not only Google , this thing s applicable everywhere , if you will do good amount of productive work with a right attitude one day you can also reach the salary package as high as the 1 cr. package from Google.
