Hey Priyanka,

According to your query,

If you are from Delhi then you have to go through your counselling by all India quota counselling session. Because haryana comes under another state other then Delhi so thats why you need to go for all India counselling.

Okk, yes so you can't go for all India counselling because you are from out of state so you need to go for your admission through management quota for the respective state for your admission procedure.
