No, fee reimbursement does inlcude any other fee like hostel fee.It is just the amount of total tuition fee of the respective college or partial tuition fee.You need to pay hostel fee by yourself.Government will not pay on behalf of you.Also the fee like examination fee, miscellaneous fee, building fee etc are to be paid by yourself.
