Different colleges have different system and rules. So, without knowing the name of the college you are talking about, it will be very tough to predict that whether the hostel fees is included in BSc Nursing course fees or not.

But if we talk in general then, most of college take hostel and Mess fees seperately and it is not included in course fees. So most probably, you will have the same system in your college.

Having said that, I will suggest you to visit the official site of the college in which you are thinking of taking admission.

The rules differs for College to College. As you have not mentioned the College name so it is different to say about that. But I'm generalizing the scenario and giving you information about this.

No, in general Hostel fees is not included in B.Sc Nursing or any other course. It is because not all students will avail hostel facilities, only some students will avail the hostel facilities that's why hostel fees is no included in Tution fees for B.Sc Nursing. Hostel fees may be different mostly and may or may not include Mess fees in Some Colleges.
