As per recent guidelines by UGC, candidates pursuing degree programs can also simultaneously pursue certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, pg diploma simultaneously, but one has to be done through regular mode and another through regular mode, hence you can pursue diploma and degree courses together but one has to be done through regular mode and another through distance learning.
