ICFAI , Dehradun comes under  the category of Grade C colleges , it is established in 2004, and in terms of infrastructure it is average almost all the facilities are provided in the college and fee for Computer Science student general category is 5.06 lakh so it is again fine in terms of fee, its rating through students feedback is 3.7 out of 5, overall college is average but you can also go for other colleges if you have more options instead of this.
