Taking into consideration that it is a average level B-School so in that capacity I wouldn't really say u that doing an MBA would be a bad option for you from IILM, having said that you one needs to set his priorities.

Coming to the placement point of view it has it's own pros and cons

Pros : They give you 2–3 chances to sit for the final placement even if you are placed in a particular company, I think no other average b school does that because once you are placed you don't get the option to reappear.

Cons:  Average package is 3–4 Lakhs.. They might show u somewhere around 6–7 Lakhs but if you are mature enough you would understand it yourself.

So the choice is yours weather you want to work for a while and then do an MBA from a good B-School or straight away do an MBA from a mid level B-school and slog for a couple of years and then excel.
