See there are no official informations available regarding this. But in general the teachers gets transferred in every institutes which you will get from different persons. So its the reality of not only Allen but also many other institutes like Akash, Pathfinder etc.

The teachers in the Allen coaching institute do not get transferred on monthly basis from Centre to Centre because it can lead to to a disturbance in the teaching cycle of the aspirants during preparation.

The teachers are generally transferred on their own wish or if the the head office or the administrative Centre wishes for their suitable replacement at some other place.
