There isn't any way to pay the fee in installments in the counseling rounds. In some colleges there is a option to pay your admission fee in installments. But, in the counseling process it is compulsory to pay the seat acceptance fee or whatever the respective counseling committee call it by net banking if it is online or by Demand Draft in case of offline counseling.

So, you would have to arrange the money and that too asap if you don't want to miss your chance of getting a seat.
