No, definetily not, internal exams or semester exams in top college like IIT or NIT are generally simple. They generally ask questions which they have solved or discussed in lecture. Jee advanced has very level in comparison to such exam. When student cleared jee mains and jee advance then such semester exam for them is like walk in park.This doesn't mean that you don't have to study, you should be aware of your syllabus and exam date and prepare accordingly. Don't depend on professors fully, they may not complete their syllabus deeply and may asked tougher question but 60 to 70% of paper is easier.

It will be subjective and slightly tougher or of the same level as jee advanced. It varies from time to time . It might turn out to be a little easier too. But don't expect a easy paper at all.

Also the paper being subjective , it depends on the marking scheme used by the professor too and how leniently or toughly he checks the paper
