The candidates should have studied intermediate of UP Board or 10+2 (or equivalent) with Maths & Physics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following subjects – Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject. Those candidates who are opting for B.Tech Biotechnology should have studied Physics and Maths/Biology as their compulsory subjects.

you can select chemistry as vocational subject.
