Hello,

The eligibility for UPSC is to have attained 21 years age and passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, even final year candidates are eligible to apply. There's no minimum aggregate required in this case.

So, to answer your question eligibility of UPSC is entirely based on graduation, you just need to be a graduate from a recognized university, that's all to appear for the exam.

The question of academics and its scores is something that can be asked in interview session, but that a much later stage, before that you need to qualify Prelims and Mains. Let me tell you one important thing, UPSC never discriminates among candidates belonging to different streams, hence people from different fields too can appear for this exam and if you see previous year records people from different background have qualified and continue to do so.
