As far as I have researched on this topic, I guess it's not allowed for a d. Pharmacy passed out candidate to run a clinic and even can not prescribe medicine as the candidate is not medical (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS) GRADUATE.the candidate can only run a chemist shop and dispense medicines prescribed by a competent doctor under a valid licence of chemist shop.
