To become best photographer,  rather than a best college you should focus on your capabilities.  A college marksheet or its name n fame cannot guarantee a best photographer but your talent can. Moreover,  coming to college of art in Delhi, it is a reputed college but placement records in it are not so good. I would prefer you to go for some other college instead of this one if you are thinking to get placed after BFA. If you are ready to go for MFA, then it would be okay to go for bachelors degree from this college.
