is it compulsory for original study certificate during certificate verification of appgecet?i don't have original certificates from 4-10

Yess,of course.
It doesn't depends on the counselling.
In every counselling whether it belongs to eng. or not,the candidates always need to show their original documents along with their photocopies.
I think that you should arrange all your originals before the counselling date,so that there is no confusion during the counselling day.
