Yes , if you want to do graduate course you need to enrolled yourself in that particular college and university cause it becomes ease fir the college's to know about you when you apply for their college's and university. Eventhough it help you with a counseling. But if you are doing some basic courses like BSc , Bcom etc. Then some times enrollment doesn't matter.
