Students can appear for either on eor more than one where they wish to improve scores or where they have received compartment . 

Best of both scores of each subject will be used for calculations for admission and Counselling . PCM marks is compulsory required for Jeemain exam. 

Hello Dear

No not necessary if you think that your percentage is not coming under the eligibility criteria for taking the admission in NIT / IIT or any Central funded institute than you can go with the improvement exam otherwise not necessary. Overall if you have more than 75% in class 12th if you are from General Category and for other categories it should be more than 65% , if you are satisfying all these categories then you should not go with the improvement exam.
