The seat allotment details and other information will be sent to the registered mobile number which was given at the time of filling the AP EAMCET application or the modified number which was requested at nearest Helpline Centre. So if you have already modified the number then the details will be sent to the modified mobile number if not modified the important messages will be sent to the registered mobile number which is given at the time of filling the application. So yes, it is mandatory that the registered mobile phone must be active until your admission is complete in a college.
