To be honest after the formation of NEET all the seats are controlled by STATE DMER OFFICES and college has no means to interference so please don't fall into a trap or any one promising you a seat in exchange for hefty donations.

Dear Syed,Just to add to my answer, even management seats have to be filled based on merit. Good luck, I hope  you take the right decision.

Hello Syed,
The admission process to the private colleges are carried out via ,
1) Centralized admission process
2) Management Quota
If you choose the first option then you don't need to pay any donation to the college and the college will be allocated via centralized admission process conducted based on merit of NEET.80 percent of the total seats are allocated based on centralized admission process.

For management quota seats many times you have to pay donations as institute has all the rights for allocation of these seats. Also management quota seats do not offer other benefits such as fees exemptions and other reservations for PWD, Defense, ST, SC, OBC candidates.
Hope this helps.
