My general rank in upsee 2019 is 14155 and obcgl rank is 585 can I get IET Lucknow with CS branch?

Yes it is compulsory to carry demand draft of the required fee  amount.in the first round of councelling you can select any college which you are getting on the basis of your rank in the entrance exam.that seat will be allowed to you only if you present the required demand draft.after that you can also participate in the second round of councelling.if you get a better centre then you can definitely go for it.your fee will be adjusted .You need not submit any further demand draft .And if you do not get any good college and you want to with draw from the college which you got in the first round of counciling then that is also possible.the fee which you have submitted will be refunded to you.
