Since i am currently pursuing my Btech from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University so i can tell you the full procedure.

For Taking Admission in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and college Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University you will have to fill the application form which is available on the official website of IPU i.e 

www.ipu.ac.in Or www.ipuadmission.nic.in

From this year IPU will not conduct its Common Entrance Test but it will conduct its counselling with your JEE MAINS result. That is why you will be required to fill  your Jee application no Or Jee score while filling your application form.
