Hello Aspirant,

No it is not necessary to apply for all medical colleges but you have to prioritize the colleges according to your need like whether you want to go in private colleges or government colleges if in government colleges then either through State quota counselling or All India Quota counselling.

You have to apply for colleges either through AIQ counselling or through state quota counselling. AIQ counselling is conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC and state quota counselling for 85% seats in state colleges whether it is private or government.

No, you just need to fill the application form of NEET through the official website of NTA. Your application will be applicable to all colleges of India.
