The regular course of BCA+MCA in college can yield better prospects for your career and there are vast opportunities in campus life. You can get placed in reputed multi national companies with higher salary package with the regular BCA+MCA.

While if you choose the correspondence BCA and then regular MCA from college you get lesser opportunities for placement in multi national companies and you may get lower salary package as the portfolio strength is weaker.
