Hello,

No,you can't change the branch in engineering as CS after completion of diploma in electronics engineering.Candidates who have studied diploma in CS or diploma in IT,are only eligible to apply for BE/B.Tech in computer science course.

You can change your course from electronics engineering to computer science engineering only through lateral entry entrance examination like LEET,JELET,ECET,etc which is conducted by your respective state technical board of education.You have to complete your degree course,all you have to do is study the whole thing from the beginning as you are changing your stream it might happen that you will lose your precious one year just beacuse you need to study the basics and everything from the starting.
