It is good option sir  if your decided to complete both the degree BTech and as well as Mtech if not please don't go for it .
If your decided to do only the B tech then don't go for integrated
As my suggestion is considered the integrated degree is best because now educational standards are increasing and even competition also increases
So based on this make the perfect decision sir
