Sorry to say but 84 percentile is not a great score if you are willing to get into NITs. You will get a rank of more than 100,000. However scoring in first attempt certainly shows that you have the potential to score more in the 2nd attempt. So I would recommend not to sit with that score but work harder to get higher percentile next time.

Hello student depend on your category it may vary if you're from Genral category then its not a good score enough to get admission in any government college. Cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. It's expected that the cut off for Genral category will be around 89 percentile.

84%lie is a decent score but you need to prepare more to get selected for good colleges like nit, iiit etc. for that careers360 has launched its own platform where you will get sure success if you prepare accordingly.
