Is is important to produce the residence certificate during the certificate/document verification. If you don't provide your residence certificate then then you will be considered as a non local candidate.
And reservation for non local students is less.

So, apply for your residence certificate through mee seva as fast as possible. If you have any sibling possesing a residence certificate then through that your can get your certificate a bit faster.
