No, it is not possible to get 95 percent by studying only between the gaps of the exam.

To secure 95 percent in the examination you need to start studying 2 to 3 months before the exams.

If you study  and finish your syllabus 2 months before the exam, you will get enough time to revise and solve as many sample papers which will make your preparation stronger.
