At a single time you can pursue two courses or two degrees simultaneously, as approved by UGC the students can pursue two degrees at the same time but the only limit is that the candidate must pursue one degree from distance learning and another degree from regular college, student can pursue two degrees from same universities or from another universities as per their choice.
