Hello student for a second forget about legal illegal ask your self benefit behind this once you pass your class 10board exam from Central board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) Why you want to give the same exam from Bihar board?And if its about legal illegal then yes it's illegal but if your bihar board school allow this then it's fine.
