MBBS is one of the most demanding courses among the 12th pass students. All the students who wish to get admission in MBBS, have to appear for Neet as its the only entrance exam for this course in India. Now on the basis of merit obtained in Neet everyone will get their admission in the medical colleges. Before choosing a college, you must check if the college is affiliated to medical board, all the facilities are provided properly, about the faculties, academic environment, furthur opportunities etc. Its doesn't matter if you are doing MBBS from reputed college or normal college if the above mentioned criteria are maintained. In MBBS, one doesn't need to think about placements, but there can be variations in stipends provided during the one year compulsory internship. Can have variations in infrastructure, but if you are getting quality education, proper guidance - then normal or average medical colleges are no less than any reputed medical college. At the end of the day that matters most, is your knowledge and skills. So If you are getting good results, then its quite okay.
