Sorry Aulya! You can do this while you are registering for counselling or while choice filling but when there is offline verification or some counselling centres you need to be present there physically. You cannot send some one with your documents. Hooe you understand what i mean.

Hi Amulya,
Hope you are doing well. Yes it is mandatory for the candidates to attend the COMED-K counselling. Because before the actual COMED-K counselling begins, there are certain formalities to be followed and in that the main thing is the biometric verification, where a Candidates physical presence is must for verifying fingerprints. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
