If your payment is successful, then you will get a payment ID. Note down the ID. Then proceed with the application form filling process.
If your payment is successful, then you'll get a message or mail, but may be for some network issues, you're not getting that.
You can also check the payment status. Click on Know Your Payment Status tab for checking the status of the payment.
