Is it mandatory to give AIBE exam even if one don't want to go for litigation in future?

Greetings aspirant!

Bar council of India conducts AIBE national level examination. It assess aptitude for practice law of already enrolled advocates or fresh law graduate. It is important to give this exam because BCI will award Certificate of Practiceto candidates who clear the barexam. Those who are not able to clear AIBE willremain enrolled with their State Bar Council as provisional advocatesand not practising lawyers. Appearing for theAIBE exam is mandatory for all law graduates completing their degree 2010 onwards.
